All 4 Couples Resorts make Conde Nast list

by Oct 25, 2021Pulse

The most widely respected awards in travel, Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards, has named all four Couples Resorts in their list of the top 40 Resorts in the Caribbean for 2021, making it the only hotel chain to have their resorts on this coveted list.

“We are extremely proud to have Couples Swept Away, Couples Negril, Couples Tower Isle and Couples Sans Souci all chosen as leaders in the Caribbean resort arena,” commented Lee Issa, Chairman of Couples Resorts.  “Condé Nast is a renowned publication and the Readers’ Choice Awards mean so much to us because it is our guests who have given us this top honour.”

Couples Swept Away

The Readers’ Choice Awards, which began in 1988, are based on resorts’ rooms, service, food/dining, location, design, activities/facilities and value.

“We strive to provide our guests with the best service and amenities on a daily basis, and this is proof that it doesn’t go unnoticed.  People appreciate the extra effort our staff provides,” added Glenn Lawrence, CEO of Couples Resorts.  “Our repeat guest rate increases every year and we attribute that to our superb staff.  People leave Couples Resorts with a personal, emotional connection that keeps them coming back year after year.”

Couples Sans Souci

Couples Resorts, headquartered in Montego Bay, Jamaica, owns and operates four properties in the country — Couples Tower Isle, Couples Sans Souci, Couples Swept Away and Couples Negril. Pioneered by the legendary Abe Issa, “the father of Jamaican tourism,” each Couples Resort is an unsurpassed model of the all-inclusive resorts concept, boldly designed with local inspiration to create a harmonic sense of nature and authentic Caribbean spirit.
