The Courtleigh Hotel & Suites in New Kingston, Jamaica has a new general manager, Kate Hendrickson-Chin. She is the daughter of owner/Managing Director, Kevin Hendrickson.
The youngest daughter of the Hendrickson children, Hendrickson-Chin joined the family business in 2011 as Director of Special projects for The Courtleigh Hospitality Group. This was after completing her Bachelors’ Degree from George Washington University with a double major in Hospitality Management and Marketing.
Prior to joining the team, Hendrickson-Chin worked during her summer holidays from as early as high school learning the business from the ground up. In the role of Director of Special Projects, she was integrally involved in all aspects of the various projects being undertaken across the properties and played an instrumental role in uplifting the brand.
She is a dynamic leader and will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the hotel and to carry on the phenomenal track record of the award-winning property as it continues to offer exceptional service.

Kevin Hendrickson, who held the role as General Manager for Courtleigh, will continue as Managing Director of the entire Courtleigh Hospitality Group portfolio.
